How to Make a Return?

  • If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.SLOLI'll pay shipping fees if the goods is defective or incorrect.We will arrange for a staff to pick up the package.
  • Quality issues include a defect, deficiency, or significant variation in a product's expected appearance or performance.
  • If you want to returned for personal reasons, the shipping fee(NT$100)will be deducted from the refund. If the receipt exceeds 7 days, the return will not be accepted.

Exchange or Partial Return   

  • If the size does not fit, please place a new order after returning it. And you need to pay shipping fee. Prices may change when reordering.
  • We accept partial return,The shipping fee(NT$100)will be deducted from the refund.                                    

Requirements for Returned Merchandise

  • Please only return unwashed, unworn(except try-on), unmodified clothing with the original tags and care labels still intact.

  • Socks, bra pads and underwear cannot be returned. 
  • Please return all articles in their original packaging or put them in a solid packaging box. The refund will be initiated after the goods are determined to be returnable.

 When to Get My Refund?

  • After the return product is received and inspected , we will make a refund to you within 7 business days.
  • If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card that was used for the original transaction. The duration of the refund process may differ based on your credit card or debit card issued bank.
